Wireless Network Setup (Two Computers)      $150.00

A wireless network allows you to share your high-speed internet connection with every PC in your home. Which means you can browse the web from your laptop in the backyard, print from your couch and email work from your bed.

The Wireless Network Setup includes:

1.     Installation of a router and applicable cards to a high-speed source between 2 computers (wired or wireless).

Note: Any additional computers  (more than 2) added to the network will be an extra $50.

2.     Configuration of router settings with Username/Password,SSID and WEP, to encrypt your network. Securing it from intruders that lurk on the internet.

3.     Verify connections to make sure the networked computers can share and print (if applicable).

After your network is installed and up and running, the Agent will walk you through OS file and print sharing and discuss any network limitations that you might have. If you would like, the Agent will also give you a demonstration on power cycling procedures and virus/spyware security education. Lastly, you get a wireless trouble-shooting brochure that gives you tips for what to do if you have any issues with a connection, plus information about your secure network.

                      Add a Device to an Existing Network                 $110.00

Expand the kingdom of your network. Whether it's wired or wireless, an agent   will come out to your home/ office to add your new computer to your existing network. We will install a network card in the PC and set you up so that your file and print sharing is connected to your shared network resources. Access Point, Router and Broadband setup/installation are not included.

Broadband Service                                                $159.00

Ready to connect to the fast lane on the information superhighway? Or are you having problems with your current high-speed service? Sophiacom  will get you up and running, online, in no time. Call 770-884-7609, or 770-484-9874 and we will send an Agent out to get you started with a new broadband account, or get you back up if your connection is down because of a faulty modem, router or cabling.

Wireless Networking with Broadband Phone Service - $159.00

Get your dialing finger ready for worry-free, unlimited local and nationwide long-distance calls. Sophiacom can set up and protect your broadband phone service with an encrypted, secure network that prevents unwanted intrusion. TRAINING

1-Hour Basic Training                                           $150.00

In our continual endeavor to inspire our clients to embrace technology, Sophiacom  offers hour-long, personalized training sessions that are conducted at your home or office. Our Agents give you 60 minutes of face time in which you will learn exactly what you want to learn, at your own pace right there at your own computer in the friendly confines of your home /office.
